Delete a Member Metric

To keep your Loyalty instance uncluttered, the best practice recommendation is to delete unneeded or test Metrics. The deletion process is permanent and irrevocable; you can’t later restore a deleted Metric.

To delete a Member Metric:

  1. Select Program from the top navigation bar, then select Member Metrics from the side navigation menu. The Member Metrics screen is displayed.

  2. On the Member Metrics screen, search for and select the desired Member Metric (see Search for a Member Metric for more information on the available search options). The Edit Metric pop-up window is displayed.

  1. Click Delete. A confirmation dialog box is displayed; click Confirm.

If this Metric had a status of Published, you must deploy metadata in order for the changes to take effect. For details on how to deploy metadata, please see the Deployments screen.
